Crusade Musicians

Salvador

Here are seven guys, Nic, Art, Josh, Eliot, Chris, Pablo and Bill, having fun and praising the Lord! It’s all in the name, Salvador, Spanish for Savior. That is the center of what they are doing with their music, praising their Savior, Jesus Christ. What started out as a dare from one brother, Art, to another brother, Nic, has grown into a fulltime music ministry. With Nic Gonzales on the guitar, Art Gonzales on drums and their cousin Josh Gonzales on bass they began playing worship at their church. From those humble beginnings, they have gone from three to seven with the addition of percussionist, Eliot Torres; on keyboards, Chris Bevins and Latin horn players, Pablo Gabaldon and Billy Griego, enhancing their Latin infused pop sound. What began in the churches of Austin, Texas with some pastor’s kids having fun has grown beyond their expectations. God has taken them from worshipping before hundreds in the churches to praising the Lord before thousands at a Promise Keepers Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico and in 2004 with Somebody Loves You.
