In order to help us serve you better, each participating church is asked to provide the following information to maximize the benefit of your church's involvement in the Crusade. Please complete the following form to indicate your church’s involvement.

Coordinators can be staff or laypersons; if your church has not yet chosen the Coordinators, i.e. Congregational/Follow-up/Youth/Prayer, complete what you have and submit the form.

Congregational Coordinator
The Church Coordinator oversees your church's general participation in the Crusade by being the link between Somebody Loves You Crusades and your church. The church coordinator will distribute all promotional materials; promote training classes and Crusade related events.

Follow-up Coordinator
The Follow-up Coordinator oversees your church's participation in the follow-up with new believers by promoting training classes, overseeing the follow-up process for your church and ensuring that a Foundations in the Faith or similar new believer class meets the week following the Crusade.

The Youth Coordinator oversees your church's youth participation by mobilizing the youth (teens and older) to promote the Crusade through local high school and college events, hang posters, pass out flyers and invite the unsaved to the Crusade.
