As a Vietnam War, Marine Corps veteran, Veterans Day is a day of great significance to Pastor Raul Ries. Like veterans from every branch of service, he does not remember the men he fought alongside of only on this one day. They are on his mind every single day of the year. He knows firsthand, the tremendous sacrifices the men and women in uniform make every day, to ensure the safety and freedom of our great nation.
This year, Pastor Raul is joined by Captain James Stiles, a Marine Corps, Iraq War veteran and Lt. Colonel (Ret.) Dave Ford, an Air Force, Vietnam War veteran and Director of FrontSight Ministry, for a special two-day program, The Price of Freedom.
Whether you are a veteran, know a veteran or are friends with a veteran, you will want to hear these programs. They will not only tell you about their experiences in war, but provide a window into the minds and hearts of the men and women who have served so courageously and selflessly. Many have wounds we cannot see, but they will carry for a lifetime.
